Cancellation Policy
So we’re happy to provide you a hassle-free, 100% refund if you give us 24 hours notice.
Inside of 24 hours, we’ve already started planning for your visit, and can’t easily fill your slot, so sadly we can’t provide you a refund in that case.
Very occasionally, we’re the ones that have to cancel. We’ll do everything in our power not to, but if we do we’ll offer you the opportunity to reschedule, or a full refund if you prefer.
Please note also that a “cancellation” includes a change to the date of a tour booking that requires the original booking to be cancelled.
For this reason we strongly recommend you consider travel insurance as a part of your trip planning.
Verification of bookings
Due to an increasing volume of fraudulent transactions affecting us and the wider tourism industry, we reserve the right to verify the validity of your booking.
Our team may contact you prior to departure to request identification documents, which will be limited to ensure your protection.
You may be required to present the card used for payment upon boarding the touring vehicle. Please be sure carry this with you on the day.
While we will make every endeavour to assist, if we are not able to verify your reservation to a satisfactory level, your booking may be cancelled.
Children’s Fares
Our children’s fares apply to all travellers under 16 years of age, including infants. All persons travelling on our tours must have a separate seat booked for their use. Our children’s fares are $20 less than the full adult fare, with the exception of our Melbourne City Discovery tour where the child price is $10 less than the adult fare.
Tour Prices & Itinerary
Our current prices and inclusions are valid until 31st March 2025. Go West Tours reserves the right to amend prices and change itineraries in unforeseen circumstances.
