Main Ridge Estate

Main Ridge Estate was the peninsula’s first licensed winery and it continues to be a favourite location for cellar door tastings and for lunch. They make their wines only from grapes grown onsite and you can enjoy lunch on the sundeck in summer or cosied up by the fireplace in winter.

The Montalto vineyard is the perfect place to spend an afternoon. Taste wines, eat woodfired pizzas, explore the sculpture walk through the gardens. There’s even an excellent ‘behind the scenes’ wine tour if you really want to delve deep into the wine making process.

Pt Leo Estate

Pt Leo Estate is a well-known spot for tasting the region’s best wines. There’s a beautiful cellar door, multiple restaurant and a sculpture park overlooking Western Port Bay.

Port Phillip Estate

Port Phillip Estate is as well-known for its pinto noir as it is for the fine dining restaurant on site. If you like your wine tasting with a gourmet, local produce-filled lunch – this one is for you.

T’Gallant Cellar Door

The T’Gallant winemakers are influenced by the Italian and French winemaking styles – which you can sample particularly in their delicious pinot noirs. The lunch menu however is with wood-fired pizzas and Italian-inspired dishes.

Crittenden Estate

Crittenden Estate Wine Centre is a vineyard, winery, and wine centre all in one. Whether you are new to wine tasting or proficient in swill, slurp and sipping – their expert staff will take care of you. The family-run business has some great cool-climate wines, with Spanish and Italian influences.

The wine at Polperro Winery have a great reputation among Mornington Peninsula winemakers. While the veinyard and surrounds are a great place to spend time tasting and dining. With top-quality food and a light-filled dining space, this is a great stop to add to any tour.
