Join us on our Go West Phillip Island tour to see Little Penguins parading across the sand at Phillip Island! But it’s not just penguins. You’ll see all kinds of Australian animals at Moonlit Sanctuary. Plus, we visit the brightly coloured bathing boxes at Brighton Beach. And the Nobbies Boardwalk will give you a chance to take in incredible views of the coast.
To start our tour we visit Melbourne’s most colourful attraction, Brighton Beach’s iconic seaside bathing boxes. Painted with beautiful, colourful designs, the bathing boxes give you a glimpse into the history of Melbourne. They also provide an excellent backdrop for photos.
Our second stop on the Go West Phillip Island Tour is Moonlit Sanctuary Wildlife Conservation Park. Here, you will have the opportunity to meet and hand feed many species of native Australian animals. Get up close to the kangaroos and wallabies as you feed them. Maybe you’ll see a joey poking its head out of the pouch! You can also check out the “Conservation in Action” wildlife show. This short presentation by the rangers will introduce you to lesser-known Australian species.
On Phillip Island, we will visit Point Grant and The Nobbies. This great opportunity to enjoy the views of Westernport Bay and Bass Strait, including Seal Rocks, home to Australia’s largest colony of fur seals.
The highlight of the Go West Phillip Island Tour is watching the world’s smallest penguin’s parade to shore after spending the day fishing at sea. It’s an incredible experience to see these little animals crossing beach and waddling through the sand dunes to go home. The Penguin Parade tickets are included in the tour price and can be upgraded for improved penguin viewing!
