We start the day with one of the valley’s true icons, Balgownie Estate where we’ll enjoy a tasting from their extensive range of quality wines. We’ll learn how to swirl, sniff, and slurp like true connoisseurs while tasting some of the very finest cool climate wines.
The amazing produce at the Coldstream Dairy will truly melt in your mouth. The cheeses here are truly stunning and will have your tastebuds working overtime!
Established in 2015 in Healesville, the Four Pillars Gin Distillery has swiftly become a symbol of the Yarra Valley, offering a glimpse into a gin paradise that proudly presents the finest Australian Gin to a global audience. Distinguished as the first distillery to clinch the esteemed IWSC award for International Gin Producer of the Year three times, this location is sure to leave a lasting impression. Here we’ll learn a little about gin production & relish the experience by indulging in a delightful G&T paddle tasting in Jude’s Gin Garden.
Our lunch is at the fabulous Rochford Wines where our guests can choose from four different main meals, with a glass of wine and tea or coffee. Enjoy an included wine tasting here. Take some time to explore the gift shop, or perhaps climb the spiral staircase to enjoy the panoramic views from Rochford’s famous lookout tower.
After lunch we’ll visit the Yarra Valley Chocolaterie where you’re welcomed with an exclusive chocolate tasting, displays of thousands of premium chocolates, and European chocolatiers at work handcrafting their chocolate creations.
