Begin your Lake Mountain snow tour from Melbourne with a morning pickup in the city before travelling east towards the alpine landscapes of Lake Mountain Alpine Resort. Sit back and enjoy the changing scenery as your expert local guide shares stories and insights along the way.
Arrive at Lake Mountain Alpine Resort and enjoy around three hours of free time to experience the snow at your own pace. Build a snowman, race down the toboggan slopes, wander among the snow gums, or simply soak up the fresh mountain air and beautiful alpine scenery.
After your time in the snow, journey through the towering mountain ash forests and winding roads of the Black Spur, one of Victoria’s most scenic drives.
Continue to Steavenson Falls, one of Victoria’s highest waterfalls. Stretch your legs on a short walk to the base of the falls and enjoy the peaceful forest surroundings before continuing through the Yarra Valley.
Round off your day at the Yarra Valley Chocolaterie & Ice Creamery, where you can browse handcrafted chocolates and treat yourself to a hot chocolate, ice cream, or something sweet at your own expense.
